Nottingham Forest Community Trust is seeking an ambitious and purpose-driven leader to join its Senior Leadership Team as Head of Business Development & Growth.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this newly appointed role will play a key part in shaping the Trust’s future by leading its approach to income diversification, strategic partnerships and sustainable growth.

The successful candidate will identify and secure new funding, commissioning, commercial and investment opportunities that support the Trust’s strategic ambitions and increase its impact across communities.

Working across the public, private and voluntary sectors, the postholder will develop new propositions, lead major bids and tenders, and build strong relationships with funders, commissioners, businesses, strategic partners and Nottingham Forest Football Club.

This is a significant leadership opportunity for an experienced business development professional who can combine commercial insight with a strong commitment to creating positive social change through football, sport and community development.

The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of generating income, developing partnerships and converting opportunities into sustainable programmes and services. They will have the ability to understand emerging sector priorities, create compelling propositions and work collaboratively across the Trust to deliver long-term impact.

As part of the Trust’s Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Business Development & Growth will help strengthen financial resilience, expand the organisation’s reach and support the delivery of its vision to improve health, wellbeing and opportunity across communities.
